Ian has been involved with the Committee of Management for 9 years. He has worked within the agricultural and horticultural industries for close to 40 years, in a variety of roles which have included general field work to managing a crew of around 40 people. Ian values people and has learnt the importance of building and maintaining key working relationships with everyone that he comes into contact with.
