Whangara Farms Field Day - Whangara B5 Shareholders

INVITATION TO ALL WHANGARA B5 SHAREHOLDERS

The Whangara Farms Board and the Proprietors of Whangara B5 Committee of Management would like to extend a warm welcome to all  shareholders & whanau to attend the 2012 Whangara Farms field day to Tongataha Station on Saturday 11 February 2012.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

Meeting time will be at BDO Gisborne carpark, cnr Palmerston Road & Bright Street, Gisborne at 8.00am. The group will then depart in convoy for Tongataha Station at 8.30am sharp.

Four wheel drive vehicles will be the only form of transportation to access the farm. For transport on the day, please notify the office if you are going to attend and require a ride OR if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle available.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day, so please let us know how many of your whanau are attending by 5pm Friday 3rd February 2012 to mbu@bdo.co.nz or alternatively telephone the office on 0800 11 11 55 to register your interest with the Maori Business Unit.
